Requirements
- Valid passport
- Proof that you are employed outside of Cayman Islands
- Proof that your annual income is at least USD $100,000
- Criminal record
- A travel medical insurance that covers the applicant for the entire duration of stay
- Payed application fee of $1,469 ($500 per dependent per year).
- After approval, the applicant must arrive to Cayman Islands within 3 months
- Holders and dependents can travel in and out of Cayman Islands; however, you should stay at least 90 days in every 12 months
- If teleworking is terminated, the certificate will automatically expire on the day of dismissal (you need to advise the authorities not later than 30 days after the termination)
- You can choose any of three islands as your destination
- You will not be subject to any income tax or other taxes in the Cayman Islands
